Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Sales Professional to drive business growth and expansion in the payments industry. As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll lead the sales effort to identify and secure new business opportunities, develop strategies to pursue them, and build strong relationships with potential clients. Your expertise in solution sales and complex sales processes will help you navigate the intricacies of the payments industry and provide tailored solutions to our clients' needs.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to target key markets and prospects
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex commercial negotiations and ensure seamless sales process
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Meet and exceed sales targets to grow Paymentology's customer base in the region

Requirements
* 7+ years of business development experience in the fintech or payments space
* Deep understanding of the cards and payments industry
* Proven track record in solution sales and complex sales processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
