Job Summary

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Nuffnang. As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities with direct clients.

You will work closely with our marketing team to develop marketing strategies and contribute to the growth of our client base.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with direct clients, focusing on influencer marketing, live commerce and event activations.
  • Build a robust pipeline by prospecting, networking and leveraging marketing insights.
  • Conduct needs analysis and propose marketing solutions to meet client's business objectives, through sales packages or tailored proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by securing clients for influencer marketing campaigns, live commerce campaigns, and experiential events.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales experience of at least 1-4 years in any industry (media/advertising industry is preferred).
  • Proven record in achieving financial targets.
  • Excellence in client services & relationship building with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in acquisition and deal closure.
  • Excellent in Written and Spoken Language: English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa.
