Revenue Growth Manager

Job Description
Veeam, the #1 global market leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, seeks a highly motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and expanding existing relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, account management, or customer success, with a proven track record of overachieving quota and KPIs. They will have excellent communication skills, including executive-level influence, and be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage annual pipelines, ensuring timely renewal and expansion goals are met.
- Engage customers proactively to educate them on new product features, additional products, and business outcomes.
- Cold call lapsed support customers to reactivate their subscriptions.
- Work cross-functionally to prepare enterprise renewals agreements, special terms, and create NSQ's.
- Negotiate complex offers internally and externally.
- Forecast business analysis and share insights.
- Assist customers with licensing transfers, support ticket assistance, and provide support to channel partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proven track record of overachieving quota and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills, including executive-level influence.
- Exceptional organizational skills, prioritization, and multitasking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-energy motivation.
- Proficiency with SalesForce.com.
