Revenue Growth Coordinator

Dida is hiring a Revenue Growth Coordinator to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Tasks:- Build and manage relationships with local hotel partners and assigned regional chains / international chains.
- Negotiate and secure win-win distribution partnerships.
- Optimize partner hotels' product (content, rates and availability).
- Maximize sales through data insights and superior support services.
- Collaborate closely with DidaTravel's Yield / OP team, Sales Team, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of hotel contracting / hotel revenue & distribution experience.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Professional, 'get it done' attitude and work ethic.
