Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to handle various aspects of customer service.

Core Duties:
  1. Transaction Handling: Answer calls from branches, agents, and customers regarding Unit Trusts.
  2. Customer Engagement: Provide excellent service to customers and agents who visit the counter.
  3. Communication: Respond to written enquiries related to agents and customers.
  4. Problem-solving: Assist investors/agents to resolve any issues arising from the online platform.

Essential Qualifications
  • Education: Candidates must possess at least SPM and above.
