Sales Enablement Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training and enablement, as well as experience in developing and delivering training programs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop training curricula that align with business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs that engage and motivate learners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with sales staff to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of training participation and evaluation data.
