Job Title

The Head of Strategic Sales and Partnerships will lead the development and execution of our sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue. This position requires a strong leader who can manage and direct employees in the sale and distribution of our products and services.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  3. Manage relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Identify opportunities and risks associated with changes in the external environment, looking forward 1-2 years.

Requirements

Required:
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7+ years of experience in sales area AND 2+ years of direct sales experience. Analyzing financial statements and financial reports. Licensed to sell insurance products.
Preferred:
Strong knowledge of sales principles, sales techniques, and sales terminology. Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of customers' business and operations. People management experience. Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
