Business Development Opportunities

Mamee is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive growth and customer satisfaction by developing strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, leveraging market insights and shopper marketing expertise to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement business plans, annual customer reviews, and quarterly promotions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead customer-facing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth through regular reviews.
  • Ensure effective program execution at trade level, working closely with sales operations.
  • Monitor and manage sales growth targets, profitability, and total trade spend within assigned accounts.
  • Manage key account receivables, coordinating with credit control and accounts receivable teams to optimize cash flow.
  • Conduct in-store audits to assess execution quality and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing major customers/accounts in the FMCG sector.
  • Trade operations and category development/marketing experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Ability to continuously improve with creative problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work across Malaysia, with exposure to diverse experiences and career growth opportunities.
