Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resource Business Partner. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving HR strategies forward and supporting business objectives.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Talent Management:
    i. Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
    ii. Assist in recruiting key talent, onboarding, and talent development.
  2. Employee Relations:
    Provide guidance and support to resolve employee conflicts and issues.
    Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
  3. Organizational Development:
    Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to drive change and growth.
    Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  4. Performance Management:
    i. Collaborate with managers to set performance expectations and provide guidance.
    Assist in performance evaluation and feedback processes.
  5. Workforce Planning:
    Analyze workforce data to anticipate future staffing needs.
    Develop workforce plans to address potential gaps in skills or talent.
  6. Compliance and HR Operations:
    i. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    Support HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HR recordkeeping.
  7. Change Management:
    Assist in managing organizational change initiatives, workforce optimization, and Corporate Culture internalization.
