About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to join our team at LLC Development Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the financial success of the business. This is a full-time position that will give you the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our growing hospitality company.
What you'll be doing
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of hotel staff to ensure high-quality service
- Manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures
- Liaise with local authorities and industry partners to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to drive growth
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages employee engagement and development
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (5+ years) in a hotel management or senior hospitality operations role
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, staff, and industry partners
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, improving financial performance, and enhancing guest satisfaction
- Thorough understanding of hotel operations, including revenue management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
