Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manager to manage and enhance relationships with our valued clients through premium concierge services.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. PR Strategy Development: Develop and implement internal PR strategies to enhance service experience and strengthen client relationships.
  2. Primary Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between us and our clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  3. Concierge Service Coordination: Coordinate and manage concierge services, addressing client needs with a personalized approach.
  4. Client Engagement Event Organization: Organize and oversee exclusive client engagement events and experiences.
  5. Internal Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure consistent service delivery and brand messaging.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Public Relations Experience: Proven experience 2+ years in public relations, client relations, or a concierge service environment.
  • Mandarin Speaker: Mandarin Speaker is a must.
