About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Operations Executive to support the operational activities of Endeavour - MGC. As a key member of our team, you will assist in implementing operations and coordinating tasks towards supporting research and consulting project completion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Support:
    1. Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
    2. Coordinate with internal and external teams to track task execution and address operational challenges.
    3. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  2. Process Improvement:
    1. Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance productivity.
    2. Support the implementation of workflow changes under the Operations Manager's guidance.
    3. Gather and analyze feedback to optimize team performance.
  3. Reporting & Documentation:
    1. Prepare, update, and maintain operational reports, proposals, presentations, and performance data.
    2. Ensure accuracy in tracking key metrics and provide insights to the Operations Manager.
  4. Project Assistance:
    1. Help track project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards, escalating issues as needed.
    2. Assist in providing delivery updates to stakeholders and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Social Science, or other related disciplines.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or internship is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Malay, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are an advantage).
  • Proficiency in AI LLMs (e.g. Chat GPT).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is a bonus.
