About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will be responsible for growing our network of assessed companies, boosting response rates, and driving value throughout the EcoVadis onboarding experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to engage customers and increase response rates for the APAC markets.
  • Manage and monitor your portfolio to maximize conversion.
  • Nurture and build your pipeline, re-engage customers, and maximize inflow.
  • Display commercial awareness to identify proactively business opportunities.
  • Capture and record internal and customer-sourced insights, then proactively report and contribute as necessary with the Team Leader, Management, and other EcoVadis BU's to bridge gaps that may exist between customer expectations and participation.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Experience in sales or upselling/inside sales preferred, comfortable with proactive outreach to EcoVadis network members.
  • Ability to interpret data to identify actions.
  • Fluency in English, and Japanese or Chinese. Other South-East Asian languages are a strong plus.
  • Team player.
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Autonomous and proactive.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM software preferred.
