Xage Security and Science Applications International Corp. seeks a Technical Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in developing cybersecurity solutions and services, focusing on ICS environments, network security design, IAM/PAM, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in cybersecurity standards and frameworks, allowing them to provide customers with tailored technical expertise and professional services to meet their objectives.

Primary Duties:
  • Assess, implement, and deliver customized integrations and workflows based on industry knowledge, ICS best practices, project requirements, and customer business objectives.
  • Solve customer support requests and coordinate timely resolutions with engineering teams.
  • Provide training and coaching to customers on Xage Security solutions deployment.
  • Understand customer business challenges and objectives to map features and benefits to address customer needs.
  • Influence product roadmap and improvements while representing the customer internally.
  • Define technical solutions meeting customer use cases and requirements using internal and third-party tools.
  • Establish strong client relationships with key accounts, particularly in the federal sector, through technical expertise and deep understanding of client needs.
