We offer an innovative online research solution platform that enables businesses to access our multi-panel and multi-country online panel network - Asia Cloud Panel. Our platform consists of over 65 million online consumer panelists across 16 APAC countries, ranging from consumers to CEOs.
In this role, you will become an expert in our market research offerings, navigating the sales cycle, building and managing strong client relationships, and proactively addressing client needs. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills in technical areas such as data analysis and visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Market Research Strategies: Design and implement effective market research strategies to meet client objectives.
- Lead Client Projects: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive updates.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with project managers, researchers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and developments to inform market research strategies.
Requirements and Skills:
- Languages: Business-level fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in B2B sales and/or customer success roles.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving results through independent ownership of meetings with key decision-makers.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
