Ciena Corporation is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success to join our team in the ASEAN region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' needs are met and exceeded.

You will work closely with our pre-sales and post-sales teams to achieve annual sales targets and other corporate objectives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners and customers in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in breaking into new accounts and growing existing ones. They will also possess excellent customer relationship management, business development, and systematic account management skills. A background in optical transmission, packet networking, and software technologies is highly desirable.

  • Your Responsibilities
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to address the demands of hyperscalers and MOFN businesses through local service providers.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities for new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with regional sales engineering, product line management, and sales operations teams to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
  • Possess technical background to learn about Ciena's solutions.
  • Have sound knowledge of the competitive landscape and regional business market.
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
