Customer Success Representative

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team at Denave. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales efforts for our IT hardware products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Solution Provision: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT hardware solutions from our product offerings, ensuring they align with their requirements and budget.
- Project Coordination: Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, pricing, and tracking project milestones. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of information to clients.
- Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads and build long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Client Satisfaction Enhancement: Work closely with program managers and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, ideally within the IT hardware or technology industry.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Desire to meet and exceed sales performance goals
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
