Sales & Operations Executive

Join our team at Andatech Safety Pacific Sdn Bhd and take on a challenging role that combines sales, customer management, and operational responsibilities.

We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual with 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or B2B environment, and experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Zoho.

As a Sales & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for generating and developing new business leads, creating and presenting sales quotes, processing customer orders, responding to inbound inquiries, conducting online and face-to-face customer meetings, and maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system.

You will also be expected to meet and exceed sales targets and weekly activity KPIs, verify orders, process, pack, and ship orders promptly, coordinate with logistics providers, conduct stock counts, and assist in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop new business leads while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Create and present sales quotes based on customer needs.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct online and face-to-face customer meetings (Google Meet, Zoom, or in-person).
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and weekly activity KPIs.
