Technical Support Representative

At Aqi Intl, we're seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As an executive in this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat platforms. Your primary goal will be to resolve technical issues efficiently, while providing a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, using your excellent communication skills to address their concerns.
- Evaluate complex problems, escalating them to senior support or management as necessary.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on policy changes and enhancements.
- Provide product training and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring they can utilize our solutions effectively.
- Accurately document all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
- Minimum Diploma in any field (preferably in IT). This degree should have equipped you with fundamental knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in the call centre industry is essential, although relevant work in similar roles is also beneficial.
- Proficiency in technical-related fields is highly valued, as it demonstrates your ability to adapt and learn.
- You must possess a strong command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates fluent in Mandarin are encouraged to apply, as we value diversity and multilingualism.
- The ideal candidate will have initiative, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- This position is open exclusively to locals.
- An attractive salary of RM 2800.00 is available for those proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- A higher salary of RM 3000.00 is offered to candidates who speak Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
