Junior Executive - Shopping Mall Leasing

TheLOT Associates invites applications for a dynamic Leasing Executive position. In this role, you will contribute to the success of our property management team by overseeing lease administration, market research, commercial leasing, and negotiations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the leasing process to ensure timely and effective tenant acquisition and retention
  • Create and maintain comprehensive leasing reports and budget rental reports for senior management review
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with landlords and retailers to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with senior executives to design and implement leasing strategies, including the creation and issuance of Letters of Offer and other relevant documents
  • IDENTIFY, APPROACH, AND FINALIZE AGREEMENTS WITH SUITABLE TENANTS
  • Conduct market research to identify current shopping trends and inform business strategy
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Support senior executives with special projects and initiatives as required

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Malay
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
