Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

  1. Cultivate robust working relationships with key stakeholders, including country commercial leaders, the finance team, and the supply chain team. This involves regular communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and operational goals. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be essential in embedding RGM agenda and achieving seamless coordination.
  2. Drive the strategic execution of pricing and product mix strategies tailored to each market's unique commercial goals. This involves a deep understanding of competitive dynamics and the ability to adapt go-to-market models effectively. You will analyze margin leakage, price sensitivity, promotion effectiveness, price pack architecture, market trends, and competitor actions to optimize pricing structures and product offerings.
  3. Lead CRISP and DPSM improvement in the region.
  4. Lead omni-channel and capability improvement.
