Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement product designs and manufacturing processes to meet yield goals and quality targets.
  2. Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare, validate, and release test packages to Agile systems.
  4. Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes and implement solutions to improve product reliability.
  5. Interface with internal teams to solve problems and facilitate the orderly execution of project plans.
  6. Participate in tester and infrastructure improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  7. Work closely with departments to ensure product delivery timelines are met.
  8. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronic preferred).
  2. Relevant experience in the SSD or HDD industry is an advantage.
  3. Hands-on experience with Oscilloscope and Digital Multimeter is beneficial.
  4. Knowledge of storage interfaces such as PCIe, SATA, and SAS is an advantage.
  5. Basic understanding of programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Perl is an added advantage.
