Job Title: Chef De Partie

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at Talent Recruit. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production of high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the kitchen and prepare detailed reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of food products, ensuring adherence to strict quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of production schedules.
  • Implement and maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or similar central kitchen production experience.
  • Proficiency in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A passion for creating high-quality dishes and innovative presentations.
  • Experience managing the preparation and cooking of food in the kitchen.
  • Must have excellent diligence.
  • Disciplined, keen to share your knowledge and learn new skills.
  • Have good working relationships, rise to the challenge, and adapt well to change.
Working Conditions:
  • 6 days work, shift basis (7.5 hours/day).
  • Official hours: 7am-3.30pm (day shift) / 7pm-3.30am (night shift).
  • May need to work overtime until 7pm/7am.
  • OT payment provided.
  • Transportation allowance provided (based on candidate's location).
  • Night shift allowance.
  • Standby allowance.
