As a Key Account Manager at Malayan Flour Mills Berhad, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and control for the success of our Sales team (Modern Trade) for key accounts.
In this role, you will strategize and identify growth levers for each key account (Modern Trade Retailers) to achieve business goals. You will also engage and develop strong relationships with all key customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- You will develop and implement sales plans and strategies which include sales forecasts to achieve business sustainability.
- You will manage and control approved budgets to ensure effective and efficient utilization.
- You will expand customer base and develop new business opportunities.
- You will coach and develop sales team capabilities in terms of skills & competencies as well as Technical & Products Knowledge.
- You will collaborate with inter-department to ensure effective & efficient operation as well as supply chain process.
