The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. This includes:
- Achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers on talent acquisition strategies.
- Identifying areas of opportunity in job descriptions and profiles to enhance the candidate experience.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Screening candidates' resumes and job applications for local hiring, China market, and across Asia.
- Conducting interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Evaluating applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Preparing and posting jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless transition.
