  • Achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers on talent acquisition strategies.

Key Accountabilities

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Screening candidates' resumes and job applications for local hiring, China market, and across Asia.
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Evaluating applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Preparing and posting jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
