About the Position

This role focuses on expanding sales and revenue within assigned territories by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting business growth. As an Account Acquisition Specialist, you will drive sales targets through robust planning, engagement, and conversion, foster partnerships with key stakeholders, and maintain a high level of product knowledge and sales process awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • To execute sales strategies, generate leads, and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leverage industry insights and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities within the SME market and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a solid grasp of the sales process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver expert training and support to new EB partners, focusing on product knowledge and sales process alignment.
  • Nurture long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, creating value-driven partnerships that fuel sales growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field, paired with 5-8 years of experience in Enterprise Business (EB), dealer/trade agent channels, or SME account management.
  • Proven track record of developing and cultivating business relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling swift identification and capitalization of emerging business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups.
