**Key Responsibilities:
- Closing orders by consulting with customers and understanding their needs
- Managing customer information and storing it on our company system
- Supporting close customers and offering them preferential programs to increase sales
- Meeting assigned KPIs as prescribed
**Requirements:
- Clear voice and excellent communication skills
- Selling skills and the ability to understand customer psychology
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Skilled in building rapport with customers and overcoming objections
- Possesses passion for generating more income or commission
**Education & Experience:
- Minimum SPM holder and above
- Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Added Advantage)
- At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing
- Any kind of sales experience for Mandarin speakers only
- Able to work on rotational shifts and weekends
- Age: 30-50 years old (Healthy & fit to work)
- Prefer candidates from product consulting, telco, insurance, real estate, beauty industry, online business, or similar background
**Salary Package:
We offer a competitive salary package of RM 2,200 - RM 2,700 (Non-Mandarin Speaker) and RM 3,000 - RM 3,500 + RM400 (Language allowance) for Mandarin speakers. Commission up to RM 7,000++ is also available.
**Working Conditions:
We provide a comfortable working environment with a 6-day workweek and 9.00am - 6.00pm / 12.00pm - 9.00pm working hours. Our office is located in Menara LYL, Seksyen 51A, Petaling Jaya.
**Benefits:
All statutory benefits are provided, including birthday leave. We also offer a referral program where you can earn RM 300 if your friend is shortlisted.
