Fleet Assistant Job Summary

Ninja Van Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Assistant to support our operations team. In this role, you will assist in planning driver routes, manage station daily routine tasks, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to plan and optimize driver routes.
  • Support Station Head in executing daily station routines, including receiving and processing shipments, vehicle maintenance, and quality control checks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to implementing changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction within the team.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • No prior experience is required, although demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills will be advantageous.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible with changing priorities and deadlines.
