HR Assistant Manager

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is a reputable dealer for Yamaha and Honda motor vehicles, based in Shah Alam.
Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, manpower planning, staff discipline, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, and more.
- Collaborate with the manager to design accurate job descriptions and develop effective recruitment strategies, while maintaining professional relationships with various recruitment portals and agencies.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, screening and conducting interviews with potential candidates.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to people matters.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave applications.
- Implement and maintain proper policies, employee handbooks, working procedures, and other rules and regulations.
- Handle confidential matters and issues, such as salary, bonuses, increments, personal information, and employee files and data.
- Provide counseling to employees facing challenges in their daily tasks or workplace conflicts.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in human resource or business administration or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in HR (Generalist).
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work in Shah Alam.
MYR 4,000 - MYR 5,000 (negotiable based on experience)
