Job Overview

Crayon Malaysia is seeking a skilled Channel Account Manager to drive sales through partners, resellers, and system integrators in the Azure business.

The successful candidate will focus on building strategic relationships to expand market reach and revenue, while working closely with the ISV Sales Director.

  • Lead partner recruitment and onboarding efforts, managing ongoing relationships and expanding account potential
  • Develop and implement channel account plans and sales strategies, regularly monitoring and analyzing partner performance
  • Drive lead generation activities, including cold calling, opportunity management, follow-up, and CRM maintenance
  • Support the team in generating leads, executing marketing campaigns, and post-event follow-up
  • Conduct sales enablement sessions with partners, discussing how Crayon's services and vendor portfolio can benefit them

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in IT software or cloud sales, with 3+ years in channel sales
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing and the competitive landscape, with knowledge of Azure an advantage
  • Ability to effectively articulate digital transformation concepts and strategies
  • Demonstrates excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for driving successful outcomes in complex technical environments
