  • Maintain detailed records of employee payroll information, including salary, deductions, and benefits.
  • Prepare and issue Form EA/E annually for tax filing purposes.
  • Support superiors in implementing training, career development, and retention initiatives for employees.
  • Draft and issue memos and circulars to promote awareness and ensure policy compliance within the company.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Perform various tasks related to HR operations, including payroll-related queries, reconciliations, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in a related field.
  • At least one year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
