Main Responsibilities:
- Quotation Preparation: Develop sales quotations in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date pricing.
- Sales Contract Management: Finalize sales contracts, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Invoicing and Document Control: Generate deposit invoices and commercial invoices for customer transactions, and coordinate stock release documentation to facilitate timely product delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to enhance operational efficiency and resolve issues related to sales paperwork and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
