The Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing fixed assets and lease accounting activities, including creation, disposal, maintenance, transfer, depreciation run, and reporting. You will also perform capital project accounting for large-scale and high-cost investments.

You will analyze fixed assets and lease entries to ensure accounting transactions are performed accurately, completely, and compliantly. Preparation of accounting journals and ensuring they are prepared accurately and posted timely is also a key responsibility.

Supporting the Period End Close team on FINCO reporting to ensure packages are accurately reported on time is another critical aspect of this role. You will also support internal and external audit matters by ensuring timely submission of required audit schedules and providing financial supporting documents and information to auditors.

Additionally, you will support tax matters by preparing tax schedules, providing financial supporting documents and information to tax consultants. Other accounting and reporting tasks relevant to closing the financial books are also included in this role.

Ensuring service level agreements (SLA) and monthly performance and productivity KPIs are met is essential. You will work closely with the Country Chief Accountant and stakeholders to implement continuous improvement projects and identify opportunities for growth and development within the team.
