Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or message, providing accurate information and assistance regarding our confinement food delivery service.
  • Order Management: Assist customers in placing orders, modifying orders, and addressing any issues related to order processing or delivery.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively, investigating and troubleshooting issues to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our confinement food menu, ingredients, dietary requirements, and delivery policies to answer customer questions and make recommendations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential for this role, as well as previous customer service experience, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
