  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Partner retention strategies in collaboration with the Business Development Officer – Partner Relations.
  • They will also serve as the primary point of contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through regular communication, personalized support, and proactive engagement.
  • A key aspect of this role will be soliciting feedback from Partners on their experiences, preferences, and concerns, and using this information to tailor all relevant initiatives and address any issues promptly.
  • The ideal candidate will also conduct regular analysis of Partner needs, behavior patterns, and usage trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or customization of products/services.
  • Additionally, they will stay updated on marketing promotions and their terms and conditions offered by Elevate Marketing Services, effectively communicating them to Partners.
  • Other responsibilities will include monitoring Partner satisfaction levels and sentiment indicators, tracking key metrics and KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • The successful candidate will also address Partner concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex or sensitive matters to appropriate channels as needed to ensure swift resolution.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment on Partner needs and deliver seamless Partner experience will also be an essential part of this role.
  • Finally, the ideal candidate will convey Partner requirements to the Business Development Officer – Partner Relations, who in turn is responsible to inform the Partner Relations Platform Engineer for improvements to the Partner Relations platform management system.
  • Familiarization with the Partner Relations platform to navigate effectively after receiving support from the Partner Relations Platform Administrators will also be required.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve Elevate Marketing Services' retention efforts will also be an essential part of this role.
  • Acting in the best interest of Elevate Marketing Services at all times and collaborating with the rest of the Partner Relations team to promote Elevate Marketing Services' services effectively will also be a key responsibility.
  • Cultivating and maintaining excellent working relationships with other departments, including Dealing, Back Office, and Compliance, will also be an important part of this role.
