Job Title: Client Success and Revenue Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success and Revenue Expert to join our team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing revenue for our clients (hoteliers) by providing expert advice and guidance on how to optimize their sales strategies.

  • Evaluate client performance and provide actionable insights to improve sales;
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet client goals;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

  • Able to go on business trips at least once per quarter;
  • At least 1 year hands-on experience within Account Management/Sales/Revenue management/Customer Success in Hotels/OTAs/HotelTech/IT-companies/E-com/Airlines;
  • Experience in OTA/Hotels (Revenue/Sales/Marketing/E-com departments) would be a great advantage;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively;
  • Strong relationship-building skills;
  • Comfortable with CRM and computer software (Excel, Power BI);
  • Comfortable with ticket and helpdesk systems (Zendesk, Omnidesk, or Jira).
