Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic Account Manager to spearhead the development and execution of social media content, event proposals, and comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans.

The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of crafting innovative campaigns while managing brand presence across multiple channels.

  • Develop and manage a content calendar for social media platforms.
  • Create and oversee engaging content that aligns with the brand's identity.
  • Monitor and manage online communities, responding to comments and fostering engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly.
  • Brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for event proposals and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling storytelling and visual concepts.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to enhance proposal strategies.
  • Prepare presentations and pitch ideas to clients or stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive 360-degree marketing plan that goes beyond social media.
  • Coordinate and execute digital, offline, and experiential marketing campaigns in collaboration with various teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or event planning.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing trends and community engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
  • Demonstrated ability to craft event proposals and compelling presentation decks.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
