The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project resource planning, design, and implementation of business requirements and system modifications in projects/initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Leads the project resource planning, design, and implementation of business requirements and system modifications in projects/initiatives.
  2. Leads and draws up the business requirements gathering (BR Document) with relevant stakeholders.
  3. Ensures such requirements are incorporated into testing.

The Business Analyst will work closely with relevant stakeholders to analyze, document, and review business processes requirements with product owners. This role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional results and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 or more years of experience in a business analyst role, process improvement, data analyst, or similar capacity.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, business analysis, process improvement, and project management within a corporate environment.
