About the Role

This role is responsible for managing client relationships, operations, and customer support for Ninja Van's fulfillment services.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • They will also be required to manage day-to-day operations, handle change requests, and provide customer support.
  • Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and communicate learnings.
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining customer success metrics, documentation, and data.
  • The candidate will work closely with the legal team on contract negotiation and engagements.
  • They will also be required to handle inquiries and perform related duties.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or operations role.
  • Experience in 3PL logistics business, particularly fulfillment and warehousing.
  • A track record of providing service that meets shipper or platform expectations.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • A strategic, innovative, and creative personality with a strong business acumen.
  • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks.
  • Operations or account management experience in the logistics market (either eCommerce or B2B).
  • Strong existing working relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms).
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (Reading, Writing & Speaking). Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage for handling overseas clients.
