Key Responsibilities:
  • This role involves day-to-day customer service interactions with customers, vendors, and other BDP personnel worldwide.
  • Administrative and documentation duties include improving existing business processes and ensuring long-term success.
  • Coordinating with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery is critical.
  • Preparing shipping documents, such as bills of lading, COO, Arrival Notices, pre-alerts, invoices, etc., is a vital task.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of two years of experience in Sea freight/Airfreight/Shipping industry is mandatory.
  2. Proficiency in English is necessary.
  3. Familiarity with HS code, customs, government agencies' rules & regulations would be an added advantage.
  4. Basics knowledge in computer software packages is required.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  6. Supervisory skills and teamwork abilities with a high level of integrity and commitment are essential.
  7. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
