Red Point Signcraft Sdn Bhd is a leading provider of high-quality signs and solutions. We are seeking a skilled Purchaser to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We work closely with supervisors and department heads to understand the company's needs and requirements.
  • Our Purchaser conducts thorough research on potential products, vendors, and services to ensure the best value for money.
  • We inspect purchased products upon delivery and report any issues promptly to ensure quality standards are met.
  • The accuracy of purchase orders is crucial, and we update records accordingly to maintain transparency.
  • Collaboration with the accounting department is essential for issuing and filing purchasing orders, delivery orders, and other relevant documents.
  • We attend meetings with staff and stakeholders to discuss project progress and address concerns.
  • We also perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of our procurement process.

Requirements & Skills:

  • A Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field is preferred.
  • Our ideal candidate must be organised, systematic, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is necessary for efficient data management.
