About This Role

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in strengthening our SRP (semiconductor related products) in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To carry out sales activities and propose upgrade/service module/solutions to clients.
  • Carry out after-sales activities, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and presence at trade shows, in accordance with a pre-established Individual Business Plan or project.
  • Receiving and making after-sales calls for guarantee or warranty call-outs.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and develop new accounts to grow Muehlbauer branding in target markets in Asia.
  • Participate in Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Laser Technology, and NEPCON trade shows to increase visibility of company products and technology, and position the company as a market leader.
  • Complete and submit expense reports, forecasts sales reports as required and on a timely basis.
  • Foster a positive and correct representation of Muehlbauer corporate culture.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (electronics and electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, Business Administration) or related university program certificate.
  • Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and other management tools to analyze, plan, and direct business programs.
  • A minimum of 2 years' sales experience with industry equipment related.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Able to efficiently use all Microsoft Office products.
  • Self-motivated and job dedicated individual able to work under less supervision.
  • Results and detail-oriented.
  • Marketing experience will be an advantage.
