As a Key Account Manager at Reckitt, you will play a critical role in delivering our purpose by building strong relationships with major national trade players. Your mastery of relationship-building and strategic partnering will be essential in crafting and realizing joint business plans that balance customer success with our own growth.

In this dynamic position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer category strategies and best-in-class 4P execution. You will also partner with demand planning and trade marketing to ensure customer service levels are met or exceeded.

**Your Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage customer relationships with buyers, contributing to customer strategy to achieve local Reckitt business objectives.
  • Achieve/exceed all key sales measures and targets for the national account, including NR, COP, NWC, and trade spend.
  • Work in close partnership with brand and trade marketing to develop and implement customer category strategies and best-in-class 4P execution.
  • Partner with demand planning to ensure customer service levels are met/exceeded.

**The Experience We're Looking For:**

  • Experience in the FMCG industry with at least 7 years of sales experience with key international accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any relevant degree.
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams.
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics, and measurable implementation.
