Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide training and support to sellers to improve their performance.
  • Negotiate deals and collaborate with sellers to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analyze seller data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize seller listings and marketing efforts.
  • Identify market opportunities and secure partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales enablement strategies.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field; e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and other languages is a plus.
