This role involves building strong relationships with Shopee Sellers to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide training and support to sellers to improve their performance.
- Negotiate deals and collaborate with sellers to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyze seller data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize seller listings and marketing efforts.
- Identify market opportunities and secure partnerships to drive business growth.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales enablement strategies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in any field; e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and other languages is a plus.
