Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industries, with Heavy Equipment sales experience preferred.
  • Strong skills in market expansion, customer management, and business negotiation.
  • Familiarity with the Malaysian market environment is essential, with industry resources and connections a plus.
  • Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Malay is desirable.
