Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop a deep understanding of the business.
  • Recruitment Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and market intelligence to inform talent acquisition decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, business leaders, and hiring managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills, strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, and ability to manage relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
