Customer Success Advocate

We're looking for a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team in Malaysia, driving customer satisfaction through scientific software engineering expertise.
Main Objectives:
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive technical support, resolving requests efficiently, and implementing improvements.
- Ensure seamless customer journey by owning end-to-end requests, promoting R&D best practices through stakeholder engagement.
- Develop strong relationships with premium customers, guiding them through service requests and ensuring partner compliance with support SLAs.
- Effectively manage production down situations for critical systems, delivering top-notch resolution plans and clear communication.
Key Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of object-oriented modeling (UML), programming languages (3GLs, 4GL), and relevant industry knowledge.
- Familiarity with diverse technologies and systems for efficient complex issue resolution, including databases, networks, integration tools, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively.
