About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop moderately complex automation equipment and tooling to automate manufacturing processes
  • Establish technical documentation, training materials, and maintenance plans for automated equipment and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operation of departmental functions
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance automation effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain the Automation framework and associated processes for new products
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in automation engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in Solidworks, robotics, electronics wiring, and programming
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design and automation systems
