The Role: Account Growth ExecutiveThis role will be based in Malaysia but will also be responsible for managing Singapore accounts, requiring travel to Singapore as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Strong business development skills with experience driving revenue growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or IT project management.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a bias for decision-making.
