This position is within our Payments team (CardUp), a fast-growing part of our organization. CardUp offers businesses a suite of payments and collections products in one easy-to-use digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new users, retain existing ones, increase revenue, and deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • Conduct call outreaches and product demos to prospects, qualifying opportunities and converting them into customers.
  • Use available reporting tools to better understand prospect behavior.
  • Perform routine reviews on your pipeline and client portfolio to deep dive on conversion, churn, or changes in payment volume.
  • Develop excellent product knowledge and handle customer concerns seamlessly.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to improve customer experience, localize operations, and stay compliant.
  • Have a deep understanding of CardUp's risk and compliance guidelines, ensuring adherence at all times.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in sales and account management roles in banking, cards, payment solutions, or fintech.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • An extensive SME network and in-depth understanding of selected industries.
  • Hard work, proven experience in qualifying customers and handling daily call volumes.
  • A passion for meeting customer needs and generating maximum benefit from each interaction.
  • Proven multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with integrity, credibility, and quality.

  • Good understanding of payment gateways and payment solutions.
